Workshops
Workplace culture doesn’t just happen, and often the first time we tune into it is when conflict arises.
Our Workplace Conflict Transformation Workshop is based in restorative conflict transformation strategy to stimulate conversation in order to address and come to a mutual understanding of the issues facing the client. The anticipated outcome is a mutually agreed upon action plan to build on existing workplace agreements and understandings to set up a structure to move successfully through future conflict.
(All workshops are half-day unless otherwise requested)

“We hired Jessica to consult our organization as we developed a year-long guaranteed income project directed towards the recently homeless. Throughout our work together, she provided valuable insights, actionable next steps, and a range of opportunities to consider for the program’s success. In addition her communication was always clear and timely. I would absolutely work with her again in the future.”
