Roots of Intentional Culture Building

Tier One

Mile High Emergent Consulting will provide facilitation, guidance, and structure over the course of one month to:

  • Define roles and responsibilities of all team members and stakeholders

  • Identify shared and common values

  • Identify vision

  • Draft mission

  • Draft equity statement

  • Draft internal boundary and communications expectations

  • Operationalize and clarify goals including but not limited to:

    • Community engagement goals

    • Fundraising strategies and goals 

    • Potential partner organizations 

    • Measures of success

    • Strategic sustainability

 

Growing with Intent

Tier Two

Mile High Emergent Consulting will provide facilitation, guidance, and structure over the course of one month  to:

  • Formalize values, vision, mission statements

  • Draft equity statements

  • Create conflict transformation statement,  guidelines and  manual 

  • Aide in recruiting and developing an appropriate Lived Experience Board to ensure mission-aligned diversity and representation

  • Work with team members to identify goals including but not limited to:

    • Organizational culture sustainability

    • Rules of Engagement

    • Boundaries and Expectation

Tier Three

Mile High Emergent Consulting will provide facilitation, guidance, and structure over the course of three months  to:

  • Workshop SMART goals for Year One

  • Create road map for high functioning, sustainable organizational culture based on Tier One and Two results

  • Operationalize:

    • Organizational culture sustainability plan

    • Boundaries and Expectations

    • Peer Review processes
