Organizational Culture & Conflict Consulting

Organizations interested in innovative, responsive and responsible growth and curious about the critical function of organizational culture soar when they act with deliberate intention rather than acting out of a sense of urgency and assumption. Creating an explicit understanding of internal “root systems” is crucial to vision implementation.

Grounding in a clear understanding of shared values, short- and long-term goals, expectations regarding communication, and processes for addressing inevitable conflict, among other internal culture metrics, allow the work to thrive.

Mile High Emergent Consulting helps plant the organizational roots and nurture the soil to create ideal conditions for robust and flourishing growth, the ideal conditions for sparking real change.

Our Services

Mission

We work with founders, staff and boards to create and refine strategic intentions through adaptive and inclusive processes designed to establish lasting and iterative solutions to organizational challenges.

Our consulting techniques and approaches include Restorative Practice and Emergent Strategy and Intersectionality, credited to Adrienne Maree Brown and Kimberlé Crenshaw respectively.

Consulting

We prioritize working with organizations and projects with diverse and marginalized populations, offering a range of services including but not limited to intentional organizational culture development, small business and startup conflict transformation, and nonprofit, small business and learning institution Restorative Practices training.

Workshops

Workplace culture doesn’t just happen, and often the first time we tune into it is when conflict arises. Our workshops are based in restorative conflict transformation strategy to stimulate conversation in order to address and come to a mutual understanding of the issues facing the client.
